Open the Apple menu and choose About This Mac. A “Chip” entry identifies an Apple silicon Mac; a “Processor” entry identifies an Intel Mac.

These are the current build targets, rather than performance guarantees. Final requirements, download sizes and release notes will accompany the published builds.
When your download is ready.
Check the file.
Compare its SHA-256 hash with the one published beside the download. In Terminal, use
shasum -a 256 "/path/to/release.dmg".Install the game.
Open the disk image and drag the game to Applications. Keep the disk image until installation completes.
Open it on your Mac.
The planned independently distributed build is not notarized. If macOS blocks opening, inspect the notice and use System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway only after verifying the source and checksum. Follow your Mac's confirmation prompts.
Signing and notarization status will be confirmed with each release. The website never asks you to disable Gatekeeper globally.
